No internet connection
ATT knows the neighborhood box is damaged due ti high water after every 2+ inch rain. Ours has been out for 36 hours with no expectation it will be fixed before Monday or Tuesday. No way to contact ATT human. Gutless!!!

Network disconnect is momentary (5-10 seconds) & intermittent. Resetting modem does nothing to correct problem.

the box is dead.
Box dead. It's old. We had bad weather last night and this morning and everything I've tried doesn't bring the unit on: unplugging, plugging in; checking all of the cords are connected properly, checking for fault on the desk unit. How do I get a new unit?
