Slow internet or no internet with fiber

internet is so slow cannot watch a movie on Netflix or amazon price or no internet at all. It comes and goes. ATT cannot seem to find a problem

Internet connection droppings

Wibrain device connected to my network

In Smart Home Manager app, it shows 3 "Wibrain Devices" and a "mini-computer" (also Wibrain) having been connected to my internet. unable to access ip camera interface wirelessly via local network IP with the port number BGW210

I can access my ip cameras interface from outside network and with wired connection. But I can't access them when I am inside the network using local ip address with port number for example: 192.168.1.188:88 with BGW210-700.  I did not have this problem with older modem router.

Using Google nest mesh system with ATT fiber

change in plan, downgrade gateway?

New customer successfully activated fiber gateway BWG320. Discovered ATT had assigned wrong rate plan; I changed from 500 to 300. Automated system issued new gateway. Do I now have to uninstall 320 or can i just send the 210 gateway back?
