Problem unlocking surface duo 1 from at&t network
I requested an unlock code a while back, I gt it today and followed the steps to unluck my device. but after I enter the code and hit onluck it says it was unsuccessfull. I've made sure to enter the code correctly and still nothing. What else can I do to unlock my device?
