ACCOUNT VERIFICATION -- Unblocking my SIM
I am unable to access my ATT account. The only verification method I am provided is sending a code to a phone number that I cannot access because my Sim has been blocked. I dont understand why there is not any other way I can verify my account, through email, DOB or payment method, or anything else

I’m not receiving Vm notifications on my iphone. When I look at the voicemail screen it also does not show any VM present. BUT if I call into VM by pressing and holding “1” the vm is there and I can listen to it. There’s no option in the VM menu to turn notifications on/off.
