I just received an email stating that AT&T is discontinuing my original grandfathered iPad plan and replacing it with an inferior plan (max 50gb a month) This is a bit of a shock given the promised that the plan was a lifetime plan - is this a mistake or are others getting the same messaging

Blocking numbers on prepaid line

I don’t see a way to block a number on a phone that isn’t mine and the user not be able to just unblock that number. Is there some type of parental control that I can control with my phone for my sons phone so that he can’t undo it? If I go through the phone he can just turn it off.

Unable to link phone service to main account

I've had AT&T internet service for a while but just recently setup cellular services. When I try to link that to my main account it asks for my phone number and ZIP code but when I enter the info in it states that "The data is invalid.  Please try again."

Blocking “Unknown” numbers

Is it possible to use ActiveArmor or account settings to reject any incoming call which does not have an ID? I don’t want to give AT&T my contact list, just block any call which has ID disabled.

I’m not receiving Vm notifications on my iphone. When I look at the voicemail screen it also does not show any VM present.  BUT if I call into VM by pressing and holding “1” the vm is there and I can listen to it.  There’s no option in the VM menu to turn notifications on/off.
