Missing photos ATT Storage
Hi! Need some help if anyone has had the same or similar issue. I have stored my photos and videos in ATT Photo Storage App/cloud but now it only shows photos from Oct 2021 onward. All my previous photos/videos are gone. I have tried multiple times emailing and chatting with ATT with no help

how do I get a separate plan off my app
Me and my husband separated and we called and asked to have separate bills. Well that worked but on the app we still see each others plans . We want to have our own separate apps as well. How do we make this happen so we don't see each others personal information.

The caller id don’t t work no more on active armor. When I paid for the call protect plus it worked great then att sent a message saying I no longer have to pay cause it’s included in my plan and they merged it with active armor now it don’t work at all. I updated the app and my phone is up to date.

not receiving voicemail notificatilns
I’m not receiving Vm notifications on my iphone. When I look at the voicemail screen it also does not show any VM present. BUT if I call into VM by pressing and holding “1” the vm is there and I can listen to it. There’s no option in the VM menu to turn notifications on/off.
