We have a grandfathered in plan rate, that does not include unlimited data (because we don't need it). Would joining up for call protect change my plan & it's rate?  I was told that if I ever change my plan again out of this grandfathered in rate, I will never be able to go back again.

Is there anyway I can get AT&T to honer the bill they promised? An At&t representative promised a reasonable amount and then my bill increased every month. I've talked for hours and hours talking to AT&T reps in the Philippines to no avail. AT&T has the Worst customer service!
