Blocked and reported a number not flagged in Active Armor

ActiveArmor Advanced Mobile Security, Identity Monitoring Configuration
I have never been able to configure the Identity Monitoring part of My Identity for ActiveArmor. I have AT&T Unlimited Extra Plan for my IPhone. I have researched several times to no avail. I cannot add a phone number, or email address, etc.

Active Armor
Is there a difference between an unknown call not in my contacts and a call with no contact information? It says only Unknown, and when I click on the information icon, no return number is listed. Is there a way to block calls that don't have a phone number associated with them?
