Why are all phone numbers not showing up on my bill?
I am NOT a iPhone user so all the stuff I’m reading about I messages obviously can’t apply. None of my messages are showing up on my account but they are showing on my boyfriend’s. Is there a way to block them from showing or what is the issue? I’ve always been able to see everything with AT&T detail billing

Advanced message and RCS use data.
You can check if you are using RCS in your messaging app by long pressing on a message (that was not backed up) and select Show Details, if it says “Advanced Message”, “Chat” or “Rich Communication Services” then this is an advanced message (called RCS), it's not an SMS or MMS message.
