Where are my installment credits?

To whom it may concern,

i am a brand new customer to AT&T, when I sign my agreement knowing that i will get 3 new iPhone 11pro for free because of the promotion during that time. Why am I get charge the $34 dollar for each phone for 30 months, I need explanation!! Am I being lied to from one of your representatives?

If you had read your promotion agreements, all promotions start credits 3 months after your purchase. When the credits begin you are given credit for the prior months that have been missed. (you can go read current promos and see the same info)

Verizon and AT&T both do credits this way.
