what is UNRC WIX

I am using a wireless plan called "UNRC VALUE 50". I believe it was probably grandfathered in many years ago. The plan includes 50 anytime minutes, Unlimited Mobile to Mobile minutes, and UNRC SMS (Unlimited) and UNRC MMS(unlimited) 

I am using an Alcatel flip phone model 4052*

I normally would have a bill of about $18.17-18.73 a month. The extra would be for a UNRC SMS message even though I have unlimited SMS  and usually have around 200 messages which I am not charged for. I also occasionally would have an extra charge for a UNRC MMS which I also have UNRC MMS(unlimited) I know are multimedia messages Which as far as I know I never get. 

Then My bill for February,2022 was $128.29 with a UNRC WIX charge of $110.01 and 11,001 KB used.

I immediately called support and they took all of the extra charges of and told me the problem was taken care of. I then had another abnormal bill of about $30-$40. I can't remember for sure. I again called and they said it would be taken care of.

This time I went a little further and had him turn off all data. I thought I had already done this with my phone, not sure. I only use my phone for calls and texts. I never download anything or read messages that I don't know what they are.

I continue to get the occasional charges for UNRC SMS and UNRC Wix but for only 20 t0 40 cents up to $2.12 on my last bill for UNRC WIX.

I have tried going into my online account and finding out more information about the calls I am being charged for, but the ones that show charges never show a description or a phone number so that is no help in understanding the charges. They just say mobile data

My main concern is that nobody will tell me what the WIX stans for and why I continue getting charges for it.

I also would like to know why I am occasionally charged for a UNRC SMS text messages which look the same as all of the others? Is it when I text back stop or keep, there is always one with the same number that there is no charge for.

If you are able to talk to someone in support who knows anything about that plan, you found a unicorn. It's most likely not that nobody will tell you what Wix means but rather that nobody has a clue what Wix means. 

File a BBB complaint, which will get escalated to corporate. While they might not know either, they will be more likely to have access to resources which might be able to all them to find the answer.
