Un unified Billing
I can not understand how it can take 5 minutes to create a unified bill when combing ATT mobile and u verse but it then take 1 to 2 billing cycles (months) to become un-unified. All I want to do it upgrade services so I can use Att First Net and because of an issue I did not even know existed I have to pay more and wait longer to get the services. I would not have wasted 2 hours in the ATT store to not even get the service I requested.

Hello @sbowyer,
We completely understand your frustration. However, that is correct that you will need to allow up to two bill cycles to begin receiving separate bills after de-unification of your AT&T account. We do apologize for the inconvenience. Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.

@Cloud9Surfer
You call AT&T to make the request. Then as mentioned it takes 1-2 bill cycles to separate.

Call AT&T's number when they are open (so not the weekend). Listed below if needed. When you get the voice prompt say "billing". That 'should' route you where you need to be.

Let's point you in the right direction, @Cloud9Surfer.
Huge thank you to our ACE, @Juniper for their quick response. You would need to contact 1-800-288-2020 and that department will help un-unify your account. Please let us know if you need further assistance. Thanks for reaching out to AT&T Community Forums!
