Trade in issue
Bought s22 ultra in dec maybe second week, I trade in a Samsung galaxy s9 and sent Dec 24, called Jan twice because online account shows 30 days is approaching and they have not received the phone, I was told 2x by 2 reps on 2 separate calls I made that they did receive the phone and it just doesn't update on the account online but yes they have it and just wait for credits to appear. Now Feb 16 I called again as I don't see any credits nor anything about trade in status, the rep said there is no information yet.
The package was dropped in a box at usps per instructions by usps worker. Now I don't have tracking info and I'm getting 2 different answers. I was told to wait until March. I have been with att since 2000, now I want to get I out because of this.
