To bogo, or not to BOGO deal?

I have purchased devices with the bow go deal expecting for one device to be free as promised. However I find myself arguing each month to fix my bill on several levels including paying for the free device. Who can I contact and your legal department before I initiate arbitration?

@Nglidden9 Need some answers before making suggestions.

  1. Specifically, which devices did you buy?
  2. What date?
  3. Did you add a new line at time of purchase?
  4. Do you have DirecTV or U-Verse?

You can hit reply and then hit "quote" and just type the answers next to the question.

(There may be some follow-up questions)

To answer your question, you can’t contact the legal department. If you want to file for arbitration, just do it but you might have better luck first filing an FCC or BBB complaint. You will be contacted by ATT’s Office of the President and perhaps they can fix your issue. Unfortunately, if you did not actually meet the requirements for the BOGO, neither avenue is likely to work out.
