Stuck in Indonesia and No Help From AT&T in Regard to Data Usage
I am stuck here in Indonesia longer than expected because of the virus. I was supposed to leave the 16th so I purchased a plan that had plenty of data to get me by until then. I'm now leaving the 24th but am about out of data so last night I chatted with someone at AT&T. I initially explained the issue and was told, "Thanks for the info!" Then after getting my details, the rep acted like I'd said nothing before, I had to explain all again and then he said, I just suggested you keep using it and paying for the overage. He could do nothing. I'm using way more data now trying to redo all my travel arrangements. I was told by a couple of friends that their carriers are actually waiving fees and providing unlimited data, etc. considering the circumstances. Not only did I get zero compassion but zerio help. I have 3 lines/phones with AT&T and have been a customer for quite awhile paying around $250 a month. This is really horrible customer service.

What I would recommend you do is log into your account, and purchase another 30 days of the passport plan.
The passport plan last 30 days or until the data Runs Out, which is apparently what has happened. Make sure you set the date to current date so data starts immediately
