Still waiting for refunds on two cancelled orders
I cancelled two orders, 23-796110924967925 and 23-676060282340274 and I'm still waiting for a refund. My bank issues credit refunds the same day, and it's been 5 business days since I cancelled. Could a rep check the status of these refunds?
