Setup not working at all.

We are currently experiencing an issue processing payments. Please try your request again later. No other services are impacted.

I was going through the setup process for my new number and entered the credit card info, got that error message. My card was STILL CHARGED but it keeps saying that and my plan is not active.

Hello @JedidiahB, this is not the experience we want you to have. We want to get you into a DM to take a closer look into your plan status. 

 

Check the message icon in the upper right portion of the page and reply. In the meantime, here are a few steps that may resolve your concerns. 

  • Get the myAT&T app for your device:
    • Go to att.com/myattapp on your smartphone or tablet.
    • Text the word myATT to 556699 from any device. We’ll send you a link so you can download the app.
    • Sign in to the app with the same ID and password you use to manage your account on att.com—your AT&T user ID and password. 
  • Once you are signed in, check your current plan and account status. 

If this does not work, not to worry, we will get started figuring out the root cause and work towards a solution together. Again, keep an eye out for the DM.
