Sent in phones to upgrade

So I was almost done paying off my old phones and felt like I needed an upgrade, I got two brand new phones and sent back the old phones threw ATT'S PAID POSTAGE.Now I'm being charged for both of the phones even though I sent them back. My bill went from 200 to 850 , I am not paying for something I sent back using the postage they gave me they can fix this situation or lose another customer

The community is largely a customer populated forum. Making threats like that are not the way to get help. It just comes off as rude. 

Did you check your package in at the Postal Service, and get a receipt? 

Have you checked the tracking to see if the phones have arrived back in Texas at at&t warehouse?
