SCAMMED into getting DirecTV with current AT&T plan

I was scammed by an ATT rep who said my bill would be lowered by $70 per month for putting an atrocious dish on the side of my property. I’m paying $30 per month not attached to my bill. I’m receiving no combined bill or discount. It’s treated as a separate account. I spoke to ATT which said there was no such plan offered after my third billing cycle. They said call DIRECTV. I spoke to Ddirectv and they said they don’t handle it call ATT. I requested to speak to combined billing department and have been transfered to 12 different reps all from either mobility or tech support! I want immediate action on this as my credit was used to have DIRECTV installed and I’m not paying the (Edited per community guidelines) bill going forward!!!!!!!! SOMEONE CONTACT ME IMMEDIETELY! I was told to pay that, then

Well unless you want service cut off and credit ruined pay the bill. Your threats and demands mean nothing here this is a customer populated forum not AT&T or directv support.

First, you don't want combined billing, especially now that AT&T and DTV are separate companies. 

You said your bill would be lowered by $70. Compared to what? What did you have for TV service before?

I spoke to ATT when getting the new phones and they offered me a combined deal that if I get directv they’ll credit me $70 on my ATT bill on top of the $29 it costs under a business plan.

ATT states they have nothing regarding this and in essence I was scammed into singing a contract.

We went through my entire billing. Cost going forward “after 3 months would be $XXX with new phones, hotspot, Directv (must be installed on the property to receive discount), plan upgrade”…

not a single note on the account. Requested notes to be added to the account, requested emails in regard after they gave me their address and said it was coming in.

This was all done on the ATT side, I didn’t speak to DIRECTV until I signed up and the 3rd party installer contacted me.
