$125 for what?

If you are looking at a colorful document called a customer service summary, that is not a bill, it is not a even a good estimate of what your bill will be.

While you are gathering that information:

Your first bill will be high.  It includes more than one month's service charges, activation fees for each line, and all installments even if you have participated in a promotion which will eventually provide Bill credits making those phones free.  If you are eligible for a discount on service, including the auto pay and paperless billing discount which is stackable, until those are verified those are not included in your bill.

AT&T's prices are published online. You can also find their discount program if you Google AT&T signature discount. If you are an Internet customer, you get 25% off of your wireless if you switch to AT&T. If you participated in phone promotions, Bill credits take 3 months.

Anything I didn't cover?

Your answer is clear that you are from the company, the offer by phone and its a recorded phone call, why they don’t go back for it, you will convince me a company like at&t does not have record or track to whom who made the offer , all what they know is how to make bills

Nothing she said means the offer was false, just giving you additional information. You ignored the part of the post that directly dealt with your issue.
