Returned my device but ATT does not give me my refund!!!
I asked ATT customer service for a refund for a device with a technical issue. Although it was outside of the return period, they agreed to send me a shipping label (no conditions or warnings whatsoever).
It's 40 days that I have returned the device and now ATT says they won't refund me because the return period has been passed!!! Now I have lost both my money and my device!!! If they didn't want to refund me why did they send me a shipping label in the first place then?!!!!!
Is there a way that I get my money back?! Where can I complain besides ATT itself?!
