Regarding phone claim

My account holder claimed my phone without intimating me..and my sim has been locked what should i do know..

To answer your question, the account holder can make any changes on the account without needing authorization from other users on the account. 

Your account can be restored, provided the authorized account holder gets in touch with us directly and authorizes the changes.

What exactly are you asking?  The phones and everything associated with the account are their responsibility.  They can cancel your line if they want.  If they want to get a new phone with a new SIM for your line, they can do that, and when they activate the new SIM with your number, your phone stops working because it’s SIM is deactivated and can’t be reactivated.

The issue is between you and the account holder, and they are the one you’ll have to take actions against.  AT&T can’t and won’t help you since you aren’t the account holder.

What do you mean by they "claimed your phone" ? Do you mean they made an insurance or a warranty claim?  

The account holder owns everything, the phone numbers and the phones.

Are you supposed to pay your portion of the bill and you didn't?  and they suspended your service until you do? 

Then you need to sort it out with them.

He is the account holder.  He doesn’t have to get your permission to make changes on his account.

If he wants to activate the phone which was didnt claimed the previous phone, how many days will it take.
