Question about rollover data

hi I've got last month bill which includes my overdata fees, $15.00, but I don't see the rest of data in my current data this month after I used last month. I just used about 0.14GB over so I pay $15.00 more, but how come I don't get any rest of them about 0.86GB over. Could you please make sure of it?

Only plan data rolls over. Overage data does not roll over.

According to my account my plan is 15 gb It says I have 13.64 roll over that means I can use 28 if I need to and will it use the roll over first

No, it uses your plan data first. If you go over your plan data, then it uses the rollover data.

If you are only using less that 2 GB per month to give you over 13GB rollover, you are on the wrong data plan.

No, your plan data is used first.  Then your rollover.  Rollover does not roll for a second month.

You can use 28 and pay no overage.  Use 15 and have no rollover, use 10 and you rollover 5 gigs for next month.

@kdfederer Not necessarily. It really depends on how many lines are sharing the data. With 4 lines, the next lower plan of 5 GB is only $10 less. With 5 lines, the 5GB plan and 15GB plan cost the same. My 4 lines average about 5-6 GB usage monthly but quite often we'll use less than 2GB in a month.
