Pitney Bowes Newgistics Scams in NJ

Sent back two iPhones (11 and 12 pro max) for trade-in / next promos. Have tracking info and receipts from Forked River NJ Post office earlier this year. Even paid off the iPhone 11 early for a promo (over $300 paid to own before trading in for the promo). Pitney Bowes Newgistics replaced (stole) the phones during shipment and AT&T received different phones. Postmaster is aware of this issue with the 3rd party shipper. SHAME ON AT&T for continuing business with this 3rd party shipper. Currently battling them and filed a complaint with the BBB. Trying to get over $1000 resolved; the customer service call centers are a joke - trying to take this to corporate. Almost 30 years of customer loyalty from back in the Cingular days but that means nothing to them!
