Phone number for egregious customer service issues

Is there a phone number I can call for especially egregious experiences? I was given misinformation and ended up getting sold into two different accounts (one for me and one for my ten year old!) and then they were never merged appropriately after long calls I had to miss work for.  I was then billed for both and had to pay both bills before anyone in customer service would even talk to me. I had to miss more work today to get it sorted out. It looks like I'll be getting a refund however I believe this was so egregious they need to find another way to make emense. I've missed five hours of work all told and my phone was shot off over a bill that shouldn't have existed.  I missed a medical director's call and I'm a first responder. Customer service refunded me after many attempts at trying to belittle the issue or imply that I should know more than them about how AT&T works.

No, there is no special number to call other than the published customer service numbers. You can escalate to corporate by filing an FCC or BBB complaint. The complaint will result in someone from corporate contacting you.

Let me know if they contact you. This is crazy, im on the phone now on hold for 3 hours.

Wasted 7 hours of my day traveling to store to pick up my order and its not even been processed
