Paid off phone, payments reset
hi yesterday i tried trading in one of my phones online on the My AT&T app, a iPhone 12 that was paid off months ago and shown 0 out of 36 payments left. Went through the whole process and went smooth until this morning checking my account online. Not only was my order cancelled but also the payments for my iphone 12 was reset to whole 36 of 36 payments left and wont let me trade in for a upgrade at all.

Call ATT, Or take a trip to an AT&T store where you can place your order.
Also if you're going to participate in the trade-in, we strongly recommend not doing the mail-in option. Please ask them to select store trade-in so that you have 30 days to bring your trade in back to the store where you made your purchase
