OVERCHARGING MY ACCOUNT -NO HELP
I have tried for the last 4 weeks going to the E prien lake rd store. and NO manager ever called me as promised NOR came out of the back. I was supposed to get a $150 credit and $100 credit from retention because I never got my $300 gift card for signing up for fiber.
I have been a customer for over 20 years and I have an attorney and I am getting out, They actually told me I had to pay for 5 lines and I ONLY HAVE DEVICES. someone messed up and will not correct it. I am going social and to the news. I am done with AT&T
