OVERCHARGING MY ACCOUNT -NO HELP

I have tried for the last 4 weeks going to the E prien lake rd store. and NO manager ever called me as promised NOR came out of the back. I was supposed to get a $150 credit and $100 credit from retention because I never got my $300 gift card for signing up for fiber. 

I have been a customer for over 20 years and I have an attorney and I am getting out, They actually told me I had to pay for 5 lines and I ONLY HAVE DEVICES.  someone messed up and will not correct it. I am going social and to the news. I am done with AT&T

I meant to say 4 devices. I have 4 devices and being charged 5 lines. I called 611 and tt supervisor and they promised a credit 2weeks ago and nothing. This is unreal, and no  manager has ever called me back. This is unacceptable.

So who is going to be accountable? There have so several errors and NO ONE has even called me. I called ATT Supervisor and was promised a credit.. never got for the charges I should have never had. 

She told me she was 
suspend the 5th line, which I ONLY HAVE 4 DEVICES...2 PHONES AND 2 WATCHES. simple math.. they said I would still have to pay. why in the world would I pay 80-90 more a month for the (Edited per community guidelines) of it? bc someone made a mistake and the Manager wont fix it. 

I went to store for an hour and a half on lunch. was told that Breanna or other manager would be waiting to talk to me.. they were on a call and would never come out of back. I left in tears, also they girl that helped me also promised to call me the next day... that was over 3 weeks ago. if not longer. then Mr B was supposed to call me over 2 weeks ago, never heard anything. I refuse to pay this bill until someone with authority takes care of this issue that is NOT my fault. 

I am going to KPLC TV and Fox news also, If I can't get answers, I will get attention. 

THIS IS WRONG JUST WRONG. I have been a customer for over 20 years. 

YOU may want to have someone call me and fix this mess, or should I call a shir show!

I have never been treated so bad by a place I have spend thousands of dollars over the years. I will also be calling the SEC.

@Unhappywithprienstore The FCC is who this needs to voiced to.They have gave me the run around for the past 2 weeks just in customer service.I'll be filing one myself come tomorrow morning.Here's a link for your to file away!My issue is crap service that just doesn't work,and we have only 1 working tower because of the "upgrades" they say.I call (Edited per community guidelines).!Here's the link to file a complaint.Here's the number for the loyalty department,which I highly doubt it will help but you can try?Best of luck to you!

@Unhappywithprienstore If they aren't able to assist in Direct Message, file an BBB of FCC complaint. 

@surgex I'm not sure what you think a complaint will do in your situation. They'll forward it to AT&T who will call you and apologize and promise to look into it. If the service isn't working for you, leave. It might be a temporary situation, but do you want to keep paying while you hope it gets fixed?
