October Bill is $407!!!

Dear At&t, it is just not acceptable to charge ke with $407 from october bill! My plan is unlimited bundle, and I am always paying on time! I dont know where do you get this $407 from charging me, i rarely use the unlimited call and unlimited text! I dont call overseas! I dont use the plan except the internet! 

I was trying to call the customer care and it os not even 24 hours support! i was chatting with a robot that cannot even help me! You are gonna lose another customer at&t! This is not acceptable! there is no even proper way to contact you!
