Not getting promo credits now after 3 billing cycles
So when I signed up I brought my own devices under the following program (luckily I screen shot it when I signed up).
Get $250 in bill credits when you bring your own smartphone to AT&T. The details clearly states "$250 in bill credits, applied in equal amounts of $10/mo over 25 months", it also clearly states "Limit Two $250 bill credit offers per account". Okay so I signed up 4 lines that day online and so that should have triggered $20/mon in credits for 25 months. It's now bill three and nothing, no credits at all and I've had to call each month to fix other billing issues and I'm a patient person but this is ridiculous.
Do I really need to call them again? Please understand that having to call each and every month to fix your bill is not something anyone should have to do or is not sustainable. There has to be some kind of online chat or some other support avenue that doesn't include calling obviously offshored support. Honestly I've tried being patient with AT&T but if this is how it's going to be then we're not staying...
Lastly, why is a company as profitable as AT&T offshoring its customer service? Having to speak to someone who can barely, and I mean BARELY, speak english is extremely frustrating on its own. Last question is rhetorical, of course I know why... Corporate greed.
