North Lane Refund Card By ATT Not Working
I received a refund from ATT for canceling service due to moving by means of a prepaid Mastercard debit card. Card has been activated online when I received it. Now I can't check the balance and none of the North Lane phone numbers work. The call ends without even ringing. Checking online and through the North Lane mobile app tells me "Sorry, there was an error with your request". I've tried calling, filling out the North Lane customer service form online, downloading the app, and sending a text and nothing works. The calls don't go through, no response from online form, "sorry" message from the app and same from the text. This is money that was overpaid and ATT owes me. Very frustrating.

Thanks. I’ve called that number several times. It doesn’t ring and goes straight to disconnecting.

There is no customer service for this company. It's a creepy website that barely loads. I tried to get the funds transferred to my bank account and it "times out" every time. I contacted customer service via phone and no one answers. I emailed them and no one responds. This whole thing feels illegal and shady.
There is a (Edited per community guidelines) (Edited per community guidelines) against AT&T for these cards going on in Texas. AT&T is a gigantic, rich company but they use a back door company with a website that barely functions and that rips people off? They are begging for a (Edited per community guidelines). This is why I quit AT&T and will NEVER go back.
Refund me the overpayment directly back into my bank account. AT&T used my bank account every month for autopay but they can't refund my money there? They have to make sure they get a merchant kickback?
Don't make me use a card where the purchase is NEVER the same price as the amount on the card, so that the company gets a kickback, like Vanilla cards. This is a dangerous practice that AT&T is performing on customers. It's infuriating to have to go through this much time and aggravation, not to mention the potential for scamming, to get money this company owes us.

Try this
https://consumercomplaints.fcc.gov/hc/en-us/categories/200190474-Consumer-Complaints-at-the-FCC
ATT contacted me a week later because they don’t want to get in trouble .

The FCC complaint (or BBB) is all that's necessary. With issues like this you need to get escalated and filing one of those complaints is the best was to do so.

I have the same issue none of the cards worked and all att do is give you the number that doesn't work and they obviously know it doesnt work as its here in the forum dated last year . Called them to let them know i would be filling in complaint form at least so they could offer a resolution but all they did was give the same useless phone number . so like i tried so now fcc ,bbb, and cffb
