Next Up Upgrade
I have been trying to upgrade my iPhone 14 Pro Max to the new iPhone 15 Pro Max since 7:00am on September 15th. Since then, I have made 10 payments of $33.34 on top of two payments of $199.91 - and my store is a joke, customer services passes me around for 2-4 hours each night on the phone, the Loyalty department knew nothing (within 3 hours my card was ran for $33.34 FIVE TIMES), and I STILL HAVE NO PHONE UPGRADE!!!! They transfer me to their "Secondary Sales Department" who stated my issue was corrected on September 25th. It is September 27th and I still have no upgrade, and have paid over $400 to a company with HORRIBLE customer service. I am disgusted and will be seeking a lawyer if you do not get this straightened out before October 1st.
