Newgistics"Lost"my return!!!!!

I dropped the phone off at my local USPS Post Office with the Parcel Select Return Service label provided to me by AT&T on 10/09/19. Today is 1/8/2020 and Newgistics has no additional tracking information regarding this return.

I live in New Jersey and I've not received any type of update or confirmation. I contacted the AT&T and they tell me that these Smartlabel Returns go through another carrier (Newgistics) and we'd need to contact them. Newgistic tracking number is 610720836090050158359103 and USPS is another traKing number.

This is worrying because of the "horror" stories I've been reading about other customer's similar return issues with Newgistics. I'm shocked that AT&T continues to partner with them given the number of customer complaints out there.

I ended up with a $900.00 or more charge on my bill, at present. Apparently, this is normal.

I am calling Newgistics without successful.

AT&T has not received my return phone and did not follow up with my claim. At this moment my 2 lines phone services are cut off.

I need to get more information from AT&T on the status of this return. I am calling AT&T and they don't have no answer. It seems to me if AT&T is so strict about returns, perhaps they should use a better delivery company instead of having customers with problems like this.

The tracking number used for the USPS is the same one used by newgistics. Have you tried to track with the same number?

Yes I did. But usps has a tracking number and newgestic has another number. It was pick up by newgistic. But newgistic doesnt answer the phone. I track newgistic number but stated that is invalid and at&t doesnt give me answers.

I'm also having the same issue. The package was picked up by newgistics but there is no update on the tracking from the past two weeks... Can someone help what should be the next steps

I’m dealing with this now as well. It’s a terrible system. I liked the old days when you could return directly at the corporate stores. Our phones were shipped out of the post office October 21,2020 and per the Newgistics tracking number shows left their PA facility on December 1, 2020. People are being double charged for phones they no longer have.I battle weekly with AT&T over this for many hours a day. I don’t mind paying the installments on the phones we have now but refuse to pay for phones that we no longer have.

File a complaint online with the Better Business Bureau. Your complaint is forwarded to AT&T upper management. You will get a call from The Office of the President.

Hi all, I am also having the same problem. Seems like either Newgistics lost my package or something else. Now AT&T is insinuating I just never returned it and the $450 charge on my bill will remain. I am looking to file a complaint with Better Business Bureau and start arbitration process. Also its insane that we cannot do anything like a class-action (Edited per community guidelines) because after digging online, it seems that this is a MAJOR issue with AT&T and Newgistics. They are costing customers who knows how much money and its all going to their pockets..

For the one millionth time the Supreme Court of the United States forbids (Edited per community guidelines) against your cellular carrier.

File the Better Business Bureau complaint oh, you will get a call from The Office of the President. If you saved the tracking information, it will prove that you mailed the phone

This is happening to me too. Obviously there is an issue or scam happening.  Perhaps we should sue ATT in a class-action (Edited per community guidelines)

I am having the same problem. I actually took a picture of the phones working before I sent them in , took a picture of the Newgisitcs shipping label. Got receipt from the post office. Pitney Bowes bought out Newgistics. I have a number for Pitney Bowes 844-256-6444 everything is automated & it runs you in circles. My tracking shows it was " tendered to returns agent". AT & T says it never received them. AT&T is telling me this is my problem as they just provided me with the free shipping label. So someone has my perfectly working phones I traded in on 2 phones & I am being charged full price for the 2 phones.

Did this ever get resolved?  I'm having same issue.  I can't find a phone number to call regarding the tracking number and AT&T is refusing to help (even though they confirm receipt of phones 5 months ago) they are now saying they never received and I need to contact courier.
