MONEY MONEY MONEY

Aside from illegally charging my account, and promising a $300 credit card, which I have yet to receive, I have the following questions;

Why does ATT have such poor customer service?

Why does it take so long to get a person on the phone?

Why do you not train/educate your employees?

When will you return the money ($975.00) that you illegally charged to my account?

When will I receive the $300 that ATT promised for switching to your internet?

Why does a multi-billion dollar company treat it’s customers so horrifically?

I am up against a company that doesn’t seem to give a hoot about their loyal customers. After making dozens of phone calls for the past TWO MONTHS, just trying to reach a representative (let alone getting my complaint heard) my ATT nightmare continues and I have yet to receive the money that they owe.  Each time I call, I get a new representative and start all over again. I was placed on hold (supposedly transferred) and waited for over TWO AND A HALF HOURS yesterday, before I finally hung-up.

John T. Stankey was paid almost TWENTY-FIVE MILLION DOLLARS just last year. If a multi-billion dollar company can pay their stinking CEO that much money, then surely they can afford to treat their customers better ….and pay them the money they are owed.

Thanks for nothing, Linda

PS Hey john, maybe you can cut me a check since your company won’t?

What ever the reason for charging you $975, I doubt it was illegal. 🙄.

Q1 - 3

Because no one wants to work and businesses can't hire people to take the kinfmd of abuse folks like you dish out.

Q4

For what?   All charges are detailed on the bill.

You should have included this information in your original post rather than hijacking someone else's thread.

Fraudulently charged for a phone line-$975 before I discovered. Trying to resolve is on-going nightmare. Still waiting almost 3 months for MY money.

It is our responsibility to read our bill on a regular basis for accuracy. All service providers, including many credit card companies, limit how far back they will credit incorrect charges or correct your bill to 3 months months.   T-Mobile limits it to 60 days, AT&T to 100 days,  Verizon 180 days, per customer agreement.

If the amount in question is ongoing charges for many months, you should not expect any more than 3 months credits..

Auto pay and paperless billing is not an excuse. I have absolutely everything Auto paid and paperless, I still take a quick scan of all of my bills and credit card statements to make sure that there is nothing I don't recognize.

@lindalo805, that isn't the impression we ever wanted to give you, and we really do want to help make this right.

Let's meet in a DM about this, that way we'll be able to look into what's going on with this charge. Please watch the blue message icon in the upper right-hand corner of the page for our message.

In the meantime, please share more details about what exactly happened regarding the charge and reward card.

We'll send our message shortly, and look forward to hearing from you.
