MONEY MONEY MONEY
Aside from illegally charging my account, and promising a $300 credit card, which I have yet to receive, I have the following questions;
Why does ATT have such poor customer service?
Why does it take so long to get a person on the phone?
Why do you not train/educate your employees?
When will you return the money ($975.00) that you illegally charged to my account?
When will I receive the $300 that ATT promised for switching to your internet?
Why does a multi-billion dollar company treat it’s customers so horrifically?
I am up against a company that doesn’t seem to give a hoot about their loyal customers. After making dozens of phone calls for the past TWO MONTHS, just trying to reach a representative (let alone getting my complaint heard) my ATT nightmare continues and I have yet to receive the money that they owe. Each time I call, I get a new representative and start all over again. I was placed on hold (supposedly transferred) and waited for over TWO AND A HALF HOURS yesterday, before I finally hung-up.
John T. Stankey was paid almost TWENTY-FIVE MILLION DOLLARS just last year. If a multi-billion dollar company can pay their stinking CEO that much money, then surely they can afford to treat their customers better ….and pay them the money they are owed.
