I’m having a nightmare of an experience with my bill and I’m desperate to get out of it as soon as possible if it can’t get resolved

I am having a nightmare of a problem with my bill I need someone who can fix this call me. I was definitely lied to and ripped off. As I stated several times since then I have the salesman I’d of the guy I spoke to and I also know that if u listened to the recorded conversations u will see I am not making this up. I need to be contacted, preferably by phone ASAP as if not I will be researching anything I can do to get out of it. I have been with at$t for about 12-13 years. This is a nightmare. About 20 hours spent on hold and on the phone with this company and I need resolution (edited per community guidelines), rich (edited per community guidelines), plz contact on the number I have provided.

This is a customer to customer forum. No one has access to your account and no one will call you. This is not AT&T Customer Service.
