i receive wireless bill credits for a trade in for an iphone 14 max. can i give phone to another user on my account and continue credits?

hi. i have a 5-person family line. all phones are paid off except mine which is a trade in offer 14 max.

i get wireless credits each month.

i want to give my dad my 14 max and buy a new iphone 15 max from apple store.

will i lose my wireless credits if that phone isn't on my specific number? my dad is on my account too.
