I NOLONGER HAVE AN ACCOUNT

I returned a phone that I purchased within the 14 days but I am now receiving a bill for the phone of 800 and some dollars

This happens occasionally when someone cancels service by porting their phone number out before AT&T records a phone as being returned. If you have proof that you returned the phone, please don't lose it. Contact AT&T with your proof of return.
