I need a contact with ATT that has authorization to address wireless billing discrepancies for a promo that includes FirstNet.
Hello everyone,
Back in April we traded in a Samsung at our local ATT store, and there was a first responders promo going on. Due to my hearing disability the promo was outlined in writing which I kept. Since that time, the accounts have not once been correct after untold hours on the phone with ATT wireless and FirstNet wireless. The local store has been unable to help either, and the employee who wrote up the "deal" seems to no longer be working there. I have hit a wall in regards to getting escalated to someone who can "bridge the gap".
Can anyone assist me? Next I will more than likely have to complete a certified letter to ATT Corporate.
My Husband is more than ready to go to social media with his feeling on this matter, but I would like to get this remedied.

Rather than a certified letter to corporate, file an FCC or BBB complaint. The complaint will result in someone from corporate contacting you. They have the authority for whatever your issue is.

Agree with this ⬆️
Response time is usually a couple of business days, you will get a phone call or some other method of contact that you choose when you file your complaint, from AT&T's Office of the President
