How to File a Complaint for AT&T Authorized Store
I need to know how to file a complaint regarding an AT&T store location near me. The individual refused to help me and would not provide his name. Absolutely ridiculous. Thank you in advance.

File a complaint with the BBB and then mention that to the store manager. Authorized AT&T Reseller stores, if that's where you went, are not AT&T Corporate stores. They are independently owned and operated and just resell AT&T services and goods. Some are managed better than others but AT&T has no real control over on how they do business.
