How to disable text 2 pay

I’ve done what it’s said to do online where I click on the link for “manage text 2 pay” and it only takes me to a screen that has payment info to sign up. I want to disable all text 2 pay on my account and it’s more difficult than it needs to be since the directions within the support page aren’t correct.

We do understand how important it is to be able to disable your TXT-2-PAY. 


To be able to disable your TXT-2-PAY you will need to be signed up. If you are already signed up, you may sign in to your account.

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. If you have multiple numbers on your account, you can change the wireless number that receives the TXT-2-PAY notification.
  3. You may opt to do any of the following tasks:
    • Review last payment
    • Update payment method
    • Discontinue TXT-2-PAY
    • Update card expiration date
  4. Follow the prompts to complete your desired task.

This will allow you to disable yout TXT-2-PAY.
