How can I change the email associated with my IMO discount?
At first I was just trying to get the email changed from my personal to my work email, so that I could be verified. I’ve been emailing you guys for 6 months trying to
get my discount even processed. I’ve never been reached out to not once, and all because my manager misinformed me. Is there a help number or website I can do to change this my self? Can anyone please help me with this?

Please request access by filling out this form for an access ID.
Afterwards you should receive an e-mail at the address provided that will require you to approve before a ticket will be forwarded on for processing.
