Hard time financially
I have paid part of my bill, yet still owe a little over $200 to have service turned back on. My mom is going into the hospital for major surgery and this phone is my only line of communication. PLEASE HELP! IM FREAKING OUT! I can't pay until the end of the month.

The TOS are clear. If you contact AT&T Billing BEFORE your bill is due, then you may be able to work out some sort of billing plan. But if you don't, and only pay part of your bill, your service will be suspended until the entire amount due is paid off and your payment due is zero. All providers do this.
