Fraud
There’s a pre paid AT&T business cell phone account that has been taking money off of my debit card since November 11, 2022. I just realized that I’m missing over$1,000. I Need Help!

you will need to get in contact with your bank and dispute the charges.

I did. Unfortunately they can only go back three months. They informed me that it’s been nine withdrawals since November 11, 2022.

Six months would be perfect. This is the worse fraud department I’ve ever dealt with!

Contact the FDIC and your local Congressional rep. After locking the debit card, restrictions on use, active alerts -- which you should have already done.
The terms and conditions like to treat debit cards as cash in the legal realm -- but that doesn't necessarily cover fraud.
Going forward? Use a credit card. Much higher levels of protection than debits, which have to be monitored closely.
Worst case you can ID the suspects in small claims court, but that time snd expense may be more than your total loss.
Best of luck.

The 6 month limit isn't relevant since it's not your account. Technically, AT&T isn't involved and this can only be handled by the bank.
You can file a BBB complaint (not FDIC or your congressperson) which will get escalated. They might be able to handle a refund to your card.
This might not need to be said, but you'll want to cancel that card and have another issued to stop the bleeding.
