Extremely FRUSTRATED that AT&T can increase bill without notification

August 5th, 2014 AT&T when the staff tells me the contract of package is for 6 months and ends date I write it on my calendar with a reminder to negotiate before it expires to negotiate what works for me best. I cannot afford high rates. My finances are not the best for me at times. There are other bills and obligations. Let us call, and ask when does the plan expires. two weeks prior to it you must call to negotiate or earlier if possible.

Let us save money and work with the customer service or billing department to see what is best.

Everyone have a different needs and different incomes.

May the Lord bless you
