Every month my bill is almost 200 dollars for 1 line!!

So every month since I started my service my bills have been crazy high.  200-350 a month.  I have an unlimited plan and only 1 line and I got my pixel 7 pro by trading in a galaxy z fold 3 which I got 1000 dollars for which took the 7 pro to only about 4 dollars per month.  So service for 1 line plus 4 dollars for my phone and taxes should not come to these crazy prices.  I started to struggle to pay it and got suspended which tacked on more and more fees late payment charges etc. Then I finally paid the bill down to zero. I was so happy.  2 days later I look and I owe 185 again.  This is just rediculous.  I feel like all I do is send att my money.  I shouldn't feel like this over a cell phone plan.

What plan are you on? Addons?

Unlimited starter with the autopay/paperless billing discount will bring you to $65/month + $4 for the pixel.

Insurance would be $17 per month, Next-Up would be $6.

Your bill is itemized, maybe take a closer look and see exactly what you're being charged for.

  • Your first wireless bill will be higher than expected. Find out about what charges you may see on your first wireless bill under Charges on your bill when you visit Understand your first wireless bill.
  • When you signed up for the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) was your eligibility approved? After you’ve checked to see if you might be eligible, visit the federal government’s National Verifier or call 877.384.2575 to apply. AT&T doesn’t determine eligibility. If you don’t qualify, you can still shop our prepaid plans.

If you are experiencing any problems with your ACP benefit, please call AT&T ACP Center at 866.986.0963. Also, when it comes to getting the discount for trading in your device for a new Google Pixel 7 Pro, bill credits start within 2 bills.
