Employee cost me $350
Employee Andrew [EDITED]at the Auburn Indiana store was extremely unhelpful. Very lazy, came right out and said he just wanted to get home and was very low paid so didn’t want to do what was needed to fix my issue. He would have to call tech support to verify my phone was not active in order to accept turning in my old phone for $350 off on my new phone. And wouldn’t wait for me to call tech support and verify it do him. I had to drive down to Fort Wayne to find an employee willing to do his job! ZERO STARS

The store at 1124 W. 7th is an Authorized Retailer, meaning the employees are NOT AT&T employees. Authorized Retail stores are independently owned and operated.
Unfortunately, most reviews for Authorized Retail stores are poor.

Please remove the employee’s name or at least their last name. It is against forum rules to name people.
