Your due date is based on your bill cycle dates. To change the due date you must call and request a change to your bill cycle dates.

Your due date is 21 days after the billing date. In order to have a due date of the 17th, you'd need a billing date of the 27th (for a 31 days month). You might want to request the 28th or 29th to give yourself a buffer.
