Double Charge for Protect Advantage Insurance
I have two cell phone lines on one plan. On one line I am getting charged Protect Advantage Insurance and Protect Advantage Support for 4 fees and on the other line I am getting Protect Advantage Insurance and Protect Advantage Support for 1. Does anyone know why this is? ATT support is unhelpful in this regard.

At some point someone must have erroneously added duplicate insurance plans. You can fix it yourself using your online account. Check if it's better to do the PA for 4 or two separate plans. I think they're about the same price.
If you want any money back, you'll have to call customer service.

Were you ever able to get a refund for this? I just noticed I have also been getting charged twice and now AT&T is saying they were both valid charges so they can't refund. Separately, they are valid charges. I just assumed that when I signed up for the 4 lines they would automatically cancel the individual insurance chargers.
