Don't want the $ of my newly purchased iPhone 14Pro & iPad ...

I knew I'd need to go through one billing cycle (paid on the 21st of each month) w the added charges of my newly purchased iPhone 14Pro w new iPad--and so, my Mar summary and bill can be accessed to see that the charges reflect these 2 purchases.  I can't locate anywhere on the site where I can pay off the rest of the purchases.  So I don't want the purchases spread out over many months.  I wish to pay these purchases off.
