Discount Difficulties

I can not submit anything to proving my employment as a nurse. I initially submitted a name tag for the clinic I am employed at full-time, but it was declined because it has my nickname. Then I tried to submit my paystub and nursing license certificate, but it keeps saying there's an error and will not let me submit. I've called customer service twice and they have explained that they couldn't do anything due to getting a third party company to do the verification.  Once I was supposed to be transferred to someone who supposedly could help, but was disconnected. The discount was the main reason I switched to AT&T. Two billing cycles have passed with no resolution. I just wanted the price initially discussed.

Submit your documentation at an ATT corporate store. There are many issues with online submissions.

I agree that is the best bet at this point. However, be aware that even if you go to a corporate store it can still end up as a problem. After several weeks of fighting similar issues for the military discount and talking with many people at AT&T on the phone and in a corporate store, it seems this new 3rd party doing the verification is the problem. I even tried calling them because they provided a contact number in one of the many "Oops, please submit your document again" emails. The number was disconnected. Priceless

I'm still not sure what magic has to be worked or how many wasted hours are necessary to get the offered programs.

I submitted my information online including a copy of my hospital badge, my office badge and my medical licensure as a physician.  I got an email stating my credentials were not received and resubmit.  I did again, got same email, and I did again, and then got an email stating I was denied for submitting too many requests.  I went to the closest AT&T corporate store and the rep said info submitted, but showed her the email of denial and she proceeded to call AT&T Customer Service herself.   The short answer is that she submitted the same information through the corporate store to hopefull "override" the removal from the Signature program, but everyone agrees the "computer" (3rd party verification service) may still drop me from the program and I won't get the discounts and will likely have to go to corporate store again - so... agree with @DeDe2, go to corporate store, and I'll pray the same thing as what @DeDe2 experienced doesn't happened to me
