Did anyone else see the "special offer" for $200 credit per phone w/ new purchase on installment plan and 5G service?

I had the special offer described above showing in my account yesterday - it showed up when I was going through a simulated upgrade process to my current phone. The offer was the $200 credit would be spread out over the 36 month installment plan so it amounted to about $5.56 per phone each month. Today, the offer no longer showed up. Just curious if anyone saw this special offer or had a similar experience. I even went into a local AT&T retail store today and they were not aware of the offer.

We know that this is something very important to you. We'll help to get this clarified.

As of now, we do not have special offer of $200 credit and must have expired now. But now we have a different offer of "Bring your own device" and get $250 in bill credits.
